Family Resource Center offers multiple classes, groups and workshops available to any parent or caregiver in Central Oregon. Groups and classes are available via Zoom and in-person. Give us a call to find out which is currently being offered.

You will receive a $25 check for each remote session attended per household
You can earn up to 24 foster parent training hours toward DHS certification

Nurturing Parenting
Central Oregon parents with school age children from 5-12 years old. Learn positive parenting strategies and parent with less stress and more FUN!
Fulfills mandated client requirement.
This is an ongoing class, meaning you can join at any session. After 12 consecutive sessions, you'll receive a certificate.

Join us as we focus on ourselves and our families through the topics of self-compassion, self-worth, and empathy.

Zumbini is an early childhood program that uses music and movement to promote cognitive, social, fine & gross motor skills, and emotional development for children ages 0-4, all while creating the ultimate bonding experience for you! Come experience the fun – no commitment necessary!

Family Night Music and Movement
Join us for a fun night of engaging activities. We’ll share a meal together, make musical instruments, and then end with a dance party! Come be silly with us as we connect with your littles and shake off some of the holiday.
