The Next Best Thing
When our brains get tired of decision making we can get impulsive and reactionary. Recognize when you're low on decision making power (usually at the end of the day) and ask yourself, "What's the next best thing I can do for myself?" Just this little pause lets your intuitive values kick in to set yourself up to take care of yourself the way you truly want to, instead of impulsive urges that make us feel out of control.
