Regulate Emotion

To calm down your body when it is revved up by emotions try engaging in intense exercise:

  • Sprint down the street to get your heart beating fast 
  • Put a song on and dance. Really, give it a try. 
  • Do 30 jumping jacks (remember those?) 
  • Pick up a water bottle or a heavy book and do 20 squats – anything to get your heartrate up!
